As a workshop facilitator, Nancey prides herself on creating safe spaces where people can come together and use art to tell their stories as both individuals and as a collective. Utilizing her graduate training in Organization Development, Nancey challenges her participants to think outside the box when it comes to how they can use art to tell stories, build organizations, and connect on a deeper level.
Whether helping college professors develop a vision for new academic center, assisting art educators in discovering new ways to engage with their students, helping writers discover the beauty of introductions, or teaching community member how to engage levels of their identity with their intended audience, Nancey designs memorable workshops that are thought-provoking, engaging and full of music, joy and creative freedom.
